1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TintFlow X ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Description of Service
TintFlow X is a business management platform designed for window tint, PPF, ceramic coating, and vehicle wrap shops. The Service includes a web dashboard, mobile application, customer-facing pages, and integrations with third-party payment and communication providers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tintflowx.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use TintFlow X to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into TintFlow X. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your customer data for any purpose other than operating TintFlow X.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Integrations
TintFlow X connects to third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Clerk, etc.) as a convenience. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Use of integrations is subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TintFlow X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [State].
