We collect information you provide when registering for TintFlow X, including your name, email address, business name, and payment information. We also collect data about how you use the platform — such as projects, contacts, invoices, and inventory records you create — in order to deliver the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve TintFlow X, process payments, send transactional emails and SMS messages (when configured), provide customer support, and communicate product updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) for sensitive credentials at rest, and TLS for all data in transit. We maintain access controls and audit logs to protect your information.
4. Third-Party Services
TintFlow X integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS), and Clerk (authentication). These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their respective terms. We share only the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
5. Customer Data
Your shop's customer data (contacts, invoices, project history) belongs to you. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@tintflowx.com. When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request earlier removal.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.
7. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account (invoices, password resets, security alerts). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
8. Children's Privacy
TintFlow X is intended for business use only and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of TintFlow X after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
